Returns

We pride ourselves in getting it right the first time, but occasionally we slip or the product may get damaged in shipping. Once we approve your return request, we’ll solve the problem and ship you a replacement FREE.  We value you as a customer and are honored that you place your trust in us, if we create a problem with your order, we will solve it at our expense.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the product(s) must arrive damaged or defective, or the product(s) are not the one(s) you ordered. To qualify for an exchange or return you must email us the required information within 5 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the email, one of our representatives will email you regarding your requested return.

Damaged or Defective Item(s) in Shipment

If products arrive defective or damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product and package and email it to, info@bakpakco.com, with “Damaged Items-Your Name-Your Order Number” in the subject line. Please include in the description the issue and your preferred method of resolution. One of our team members will contact you with instructions on how to get the product back to us.

Received the wrong product

If your package arrives with the wrong items, please take a picture of the incorrect product and package and email it to, info@bakpakco.com, with “Incorrect Items-Your Name-Your Order Number” in the subject line. Please include in the description the issue and your preferred method of resolution. One of our team members will contact you with instructions on how to get the product back to us.
